ABOUT US:
Stop Delaware SB21 is a coalition of advocates and experts dedicated to safeguarding the future of Delaware's corporate governance system. As the world’s leading hub for corporate law, Delaware plays a critical role in protecting everyday investments—like 401(k)s and pensions—from unchecked executive power.
Our coalition unites consumer rights organizations, legal scholars, corporate governance specialists, and public interest advocates committed to defending the interests of everyday Americans—not billionaires. We're advocating for a system that protects pensions funds, holds corporate insiders accountable, and preserves Delaware's reputation as the gold standard for corporate governance. SB 21 threatens to erode these protections, giving powerful executives near-total impunity while taking advantage to move retirement savings and investments of hardworking Americans into their own pockets.
